Dance (suggested fernandes)

135 Minutes of Commute: Win or Lose - Mobb Deep
Here I go again,
whether I, win or lose
But losin ain't a option girl
My destination is top of the world

Today got off to a rocky start: I went about 25 miles in an hour and twenty minutes. Yes, you read that correctly. Luckily, the day got increasingly better. I was fantasticaly productive at work (go me). As co-social coordinators for the Peer Mentoring group of my department, Marelys and I planned two days full of JnJ sponsered (read: free) food and entertainment (including an outing to Avenue Q). I finished the day's work in 1/4 of the time I thought it would. I left work around 6:30 and was pleasantly suprised, after spending the afternoon in a black imaging room, that there was still sunlight. E-mails had flown through my gmail all day and each one made something a little bit better: friends galore returning from long trips, clamoring for my attention! birthday plans abounding! possible answers to a few of my life questions sidling their way across my lap! trips to Shelter Island being planned! (Not being sick anymore, I realized that having too many people to see is a good thing.) So, completely oblivious to the fact that I was still at work, I danced! around my car in the middle of the parking lot for a full minute. Maybe two.

(I don't think that I will get a moment to myself this August.)
